ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed.

SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.


SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • OBSERV may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

Customers can use the tracking number to monitor shipment updates in real time.


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected pin codes.
  • OBSERV reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-risk orders.
  • Additional COD charges may apply.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable customer
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

While we work with trusted courier partners, OBSERV is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

In case of a lost shipment, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier partner.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, OBSERV may or may not offer international shipping depending on availability. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.


DAMAGED PACKAGE

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Record an unboxing video immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Share clear photos/videos of the package and product

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
