Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 48-hour Return & Exchange window starting from the date of delivery. Customers must submit a request through our Return/Exchange Portal to initiate the process.

Important

Items sent back without submitting a return or exchange request will not be accepted.


Exchange Policy

• Size-related exchanges are allowed.
• Exchanges are permitted only for the same product and design.
• Exchange requests must have a valid and genuine reason.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The product tags have been removed.
• The product has been used, washed, damaged, stained, or altered in any way.
• The product is returned without original packaging or accessories.


Return Policy

Once the return request is approved and the item is received back in its original condition:

• A store credit (gift card) will be issued within 10 business days.
• The store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product tags have been removed.
• The item shows signs of use, washing, damage, stains, perfume, or any alteration.
• The product is not returned in its original condition and packaging.
